AN EXCHANGE “GAINING-GAINING”

In its mission of fight in favour of the most vulnerable populations, Cap Amitié wishes to durably associate the companies its actions, on the basis of strategic reflexion which takes into account their economic activity and their axes of interventions within the framework of the Social Responsibility for the Companies. The benefit of such an engagement can be multiple for the company, as well near its personnel, as of his customers or its shareholders. In parallel, this private support is one of the conditions of the independence of action and the financial autonomy of Cap Amitié.

YOUR ENGAGEMENT CAN TAKE SEVERAL FORMS

Patronage of company

You bring a financial support for Cap Amitié for its general activity, a type of program or a particular country. These gifts open right to a tax cut. Your company can also propose with paid or the work's council to make a specific or regular gift in Cap Amitié while beginning to double the amount of the collected gifts. This device profits from the same tax deduction.

Patronage of competence

The support of your company goes beyond its financial participation. It corresponds juridically to the provision of personnel and makes it possible to imply his employees in actions of solidarity. The provision of personnel involves tax deductions on the same bases as the patronage of company (see above). It is just advisable to develop the time passed through the employees in favour of association.

The Partnership

There are various ways of approaching a partnership. In all the cases, it rests on the signature of a convention which defines the modes of remuneration of association. The expenditure of sponsorship made by the company is included in the overheads and is thus deductible at 100% from the taxable profit. Here some examples of partnership:

• The Product Divides or the Service Divides You sell a product or a service? A percentage of the product of the sale is transferred in Cap Amitié. This indirect gift is a commercial argument which enables you to be different from competition and to federate your collaborators around a cause of development aid.
• Programs of interdependent development of consumer loyalty If your company set up programs of development of consumer loyalty, you can propose with your members to transfer points accumulated on the discount cards to the profit of Cap Amitié.
• The shared communication You place at the disposal of Cap Amitié the data carriers you have to make known association or to facilitate the call to the gifts. These actions are varied: installation of banner Cap Friendship on your Internet site, insertion of a folder or information relating to Cap Friendship in your sendings, your mailing of prospection, your newspapers of company, campaigns of E-mailing starting from your files… This type of partnership, practically without financial cost for the company, is very developing on the ethical level.
• The sponsorship of an event You organize a living room, one evening, an auction sale, an exposure, a procession…: your company can invite its employees, its exhibitors or its visitors to support Cap Amitié by a financial gift.
• The gift in kind The gifts in kind can take very diverse forms since they relate to any type of products or services: computers, furniture, school stationery, plane tickets, cars, software data-processing, advertising space.
